This review is based on my first visit to Woodlands Modern Smiles. I do not like going to the dentist. That's why I have to go now. I was scheduled for a same-day appointment which is almost impossible with most dental offices. Brownie point #1. The front desk ladies as so nice and friendly. And the office (even under renovation) is beautiful. Brownie point #2. Dr. Liu was so sweet and understanding. She did not try to pressure me into anything i did not want. She focused on what I needed and listened when I said I was not interested in other options. She was also honest and upfront about my treatment plan. Brownie point #4. After receiving an estimate for the charges, which is what it is: AN ESTIMATE, I was offered a fair payment plan that works with my budget so that I can get the treatment I need to stop my pain. Brownie point #5. I was scheduled for oral surgery THE NEXT DAY. Brownie point #6. So, after my initial visit, I have no complaints. This is a great practice with great people.
